The U.S. Postal Service
has provided panels for commemorative and Christmas stamps since Sept. 20, 1972.
Each panel features mint stamps along with appropriate steel engravings and interesting
stories about the subject.
All USPS Commemorative Panels are in Fine to Very Fine condition.
