Since March 1, 1972 the U.S. Postal Service has offered, by subscription,
Souvenir pages with first day cancels. These were issued flat and unfolded.
They are known as "Official" Souvenir pages and contain descriptive information 
every Commemorative and Definitive stamp.
Also excellent for framing
