A major
new perforation has been discovered on
the 2000 Non denominated Flower stamps. This was issued in
both Vending Booklets of 20 and double sided convertible booklets of 20.
The double sided convertible booklet was
originally issued perforated 10.25 x 10.75. A new perforation (11.5
x 11.75) was recently discovered. What is even
more unusual is that the new variety occurs on the front of the booklet
with the original perforation on the back, or
with the new variety on the back and the original on the front We are
pleased to offer for sale examples of each type.
